Refund policy

UNI MONDE 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy for customers who genuinely use the product as instructed. If you complete the full 30 days and see zero improvement, you can request a refund under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

You must have purchased from unimonde.in.
You must have used the product every day for 30 days.
You must be able to prove usage and results with clear photos.
COD orders are eligible, but refunds are sent only to your bank account.

2. Required Proof

Email ecomseeshshop@gmail.com with:
Day 1 photo before use. (Dates clearly outlined)
Day 30 photo after use. (Dates clearly outlined)
A clear photo of the used product.
Your order number and registered phone number.

If any part of this proof is missing or unclear, the request will be rejected.

3. Not Covered

The guarantee does not apply if the product was used inconsistently, lost, damaged, or tampered with.
It does not apply if you cannot provide Day 1 and Day 30 photos.
It does not apply to requests made before completing 30 days.
It does not apply to purchases from Instagram DMs, Meesho, Amazon, or any unofficial seller.

4. Refund Process

After verification, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders are refunded to your bank account.
Refund timelines are 4 to 6 business days after approval.

Incomplete claims or invalid proof will be declined.

5. One-Time Guarantee

This guarantee can be used only once per customer. Any pattern of misuse will lead to future orders being blocked.
